Toasted artisan bread topped with a spicy tomato and N’duja (hot spreadable Calabrian salami), finished with creamy mascarpone cheese.

Sedanini alla Catanese
Pasta tubes with sardines, garlic and capers, coated in a light tomato sauce. Finished with parsley and toasted bread crumbs. Traditionally Italians do not serve cheese on fish pasta- but if you like it please ask!
Salmone e Gamberoni in Salsa Aurora
Fillet of fresh salmon and king prawns, cooked in a cream, tomato and tarragon sauce. Accompanied by garlic new potatoes, green beans and peas.
Pollo con Scamorza Funghi e Pomodoro
Free range chicken breast with scamorza cheese and basil. Served in an oyster mushroom and tomato sauce. Accompanied with potato wedges, carrots and peas.
Melanzane alla Parmigiana V
Layers of grilled aubergine “parmigiana style” with mozzarella, basil and rich tomato sauce. Topped with herb and parmesan crumbs.
Usually the aubergines are deep fried: however, we grill ours for the healthier option.
Spiedini d’Agnello e Chorizo
Char-grilled marinated lamb and chorizo skewers, drizzled with a red pepper coulis. Served with potato wedges and a pea, cucumber and courgette salad.
Torta di Polenta al Macedonia di Frutta con Miele e Zenzero
Melon and strawberry fruit salad in a lemon, honey
and ginger dressing. Served with vanilla ice cream.
Caramel Chantilly semifreddo ice-cream on a sponge, coated with crushed toffee and crunchy almonds.
Profiterole al Cioccolato Bianco
Profiteroles in a white chocolate sauce.
